O.P.R.A. (Open Public Records Act)
Behind O.P.R.A., the PBA Local 69 has requested several documents from the Township Administrator. In spite of all the stall tactics by Frank Bradley, the PBA Local 69 has finally received some of the records requested. The following is an illustration of how far the Township Administrator is willing to go to "Bankrupt" the PBA Local 69. Frank Bradley's continuous legal expense in excess of four hundred thousand Taxpayer dollars has forced the PBA Local 69 to defend itself needlessly. Most of the litigation outcome has been in favor of the PBA Local 69, but that has not deterred Frank Bradley's desire to "Bankrupt" the Union. He's been found over and over again of violating Employer/Employee relations. To read the full text of the Township's legal expense fighting the Union please following the link below:
The O.P.R.A. (Open Public Records Act) is intended not to serve as a legal reference, but to familiarize those who want access to public records of their rights and of the responsibilities of public agencies that hold records. There are stiff penalties for non-compliance.
