Defendants

Policemen's Benevolent Association, Township Of Union, Local 69 have filed in the Superior Court of New Jersey - Union County seeking temporary restraints in order to keep Frank Bradley from involving himself in the day-to-day operations of the police department. His abuse of power has been unprecedented. According to the complaint, Frank Bradley has been driving a township vehicle rigged with Lights and sirens. He has been responding to calls in the township vehicle with those lights and sirens on. On one occasion his blatant disregard for the safety of other drivers around him has resulted in him being issued six summonses. He's responded to scenes of investigations and attempted to take over preventing trained professionals from completing their assigned tasks. Frank Bradley on several occasions has issued orders to police officers by calling the department over a police frequency and requesting that officers respond to a particular scene. He's by-passed the chain of command several times requesting information from parties in the police department other than the Chief Of Police. The list goes on and on.
